Finally some work out today. Captains ball in church today. I just found out I lost most of my stamina. Fine, not really a surprise since I sit at home everyday. Had lunch at Long John, PS. Yep. I'm still amazed by Mingdao's magic. Haha! He's really good. Lucy and I were just talking about it. Oh well. I'm still watching One Tree Hill. Haha! I think I like it not because of the storyline but that the show has various famous quotes placed in the shows. They actually make sense.
