Went to eat chocolate fondue today. Eat until super full. Like gonna explode. Haha! But not fantastic though. Eaten better ones in Switz. Yep. After that went to Cathay to watch Simpsons. (: Super funny man. I love it. Haha! Oh well. Long Day. Goodnight.

Vacancy, Coordinated Noise

Today had TMS quiz in church. Didn't study at all. So didn't know how to answer most of it. :P Oh well. Thanks james for helping me with my coding. yep. (: Anyway, after church went for lunch at PS, then watched Vacancy after that. Lousy show. Just chasing around and killing. Oh well.

Schools been kind of hectic this week again. Assignments to be handed in, test to study for, and exam in a few weeks. Yea. Oh well. Anyway, Crosslink today went well. And so was the drum lesson. My student is learning at a good rate. :P haha!

God's Supernatural Grace

I almost died today for my LAN test today. By God's grace I didn't. The test had part 1 & 2. I accidentally saved part 2 over part 1 at the last 5 minutes of the test. Fortunately I was given some extra time to redo. Really thank God for that. Anyway, nothing much happened today besides finishing up assignments and the LAN test.

Fortunate we are

Beneath all the fun and laughter, beneath all the busyness and rushing around, I think we can really say that we are still very fortunate and blessed. We don't even have to compare to a hungry child in a third world country, or maybe the 23 Koreans who were kidnapped by the taliban to see how blessed we are.

To save a life

I sit now wondering what I should have tried to say. There was a chance for me to share God's love, but yet I didn't. A friend shared with me that he felt that life has really no meaning. The only thing that keeps him from losing all purpose is the games he plays. Though he knows it is wrong, sometimes he feels suicidal. I always wonder what I could say in this kinds of situations.

May you feel God's presence in your life.

New garments

Today is 15th July. I played for worship today. Didn't turn out really good or anything. Just normal. Intermediate had car wash today too, and I got wet. Thanks to monica and vicky. :P Smelled of soap after that. Wet my new shirt and shoes lar. argh. Anyway, mom came back last night from melbourne. She bought my like 5 shirts and shoes. (: Nice nice.

God, our All

Today was a bad day in man's point of view, but a success in God's view. Today I felt the same pain, same disappointment when I was let down after I held on to friends too much. This pain only happens when I hold on to worldly things. Today I was let down. What was I holding on to this time? Well, myself. I put hope into what my own skills and talents, thinking that it would get me very far. It didn't. I never want to get that feeling again. It's just so pain. I do not know why, but God somehow teaches me by big failures. Probably He will teach you in other ways, but the main thing is that He must be the center. He must be Number 1 in our lives. We must recognize that He is our God, our Redeemer, our Strength. Without Him, we wouldn't be the way we are today.

Saviour King!

I have to say that the new Hillsong album is really good. Saviour King. I've uploaded it to my multiply, not to encourage piracy but to let you guys be touched by it. This album is not those kind of songs which you will just immediately fall in love with the song. You have to listen to it a few times and really hear the words. One of my favourite songs is Lord of Lords, written by Brooke Fraser. I can't find the lyrics online yet because it's a bit too new, but from what you can make out by hearing, you can know what the song is saying. This song should be playing now as you read this. Youth Worship Retreat

I just came back from Youth Worship Retreat. I can't say I learnt a lot, but I can say I learnt some important stuff. I'm just gonna say the thing that hit me most.

This past 2 weeks I have been really busy with a lot of stuff, LoveMGS, school, church, etc. Yea. I have been rushing around trying to finish stuff. I got really frustrated when I couldn't finish my work in school before the worship retreat. I just got really restless and keep thinking of how to finish all the work in time. Even when I was on the way to the retreat, I kept thinking about the other work that I had to finish. I was listening to the song, God of Ages, from the new Hillsong album, Saviour King. Anyway, the song didn't hit me till I stepped into the room which we were having the worship retreat. The moment I stepped in, it was the ministry time of the first workshop, and Belinda was playing. When I went in, the first thing I felt was God saying, "trust in me". Not in like the form of words, but in the form of music that Belinda was playing. And I realised that God had been trying to tell me that since I was in school. In the song God of Ages, there is one line that goes, "I'll trust in You". God really works in many ways and we really have to trust in Him. Trust that everything will be taken cared of. Our God provides. He really does. Now I have almost completed all the work that I have to do, it is really by God's grace. We really have to trust Him and just do our best.

Start studying

Nothing much has been happening. Anyway, the new Hillsong album, Saviour King, is not bad. Some of the songs are really nice actually. Oh well. For those who want to see LoveMGS pics, you can view here. Oh well. I need to start studying. I really haven't been keeping up with work. :(

LoveMGS, Transformers

It has been a long and busy week, but it was really good. (: Friday had LoveMGS. It was good. I had to run around like crazy taking pictures. :P Haha! Yea. Then before that had to carry camera and tripod in school also. Super heavy lar. Oh well. Up till now I still haven't finish sorting out the pictures yet. So those of you who are waiting for it, please be patient. (:
Anyway, Saturday went to Barker Carnival. Really boring as usual. :P Haha! After spending 11 years in ACS, up till now the carnival still same kind of thing, nothing new. Haha! Yea. Met Eliza, Ethel, James, Elroi, and a lot others. Met some 5E1 people also. (: After that had drum lesson, then after that drum lesson. Haha! Ok, the first one I was teaching, the 2nd one I was being taught. (: Yep. After that went to eat at Chomp chomp, then watch Transformers with Nigel, Sunny, and some of Nigel's friends. Really good show.
