My new layout

hey guys.. i made a new layout... :P more of greyscale now.. yea.. the flash took me a long time man.. but i did it in the end.. :P i need more ideas to put in that.. haha! yea.. anyway.. those of u who saw this layout without the flash... that one was unfinished..yea.. :) yep.. and the poll is on the right! :)
